Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to develop innovative footwear designs.

Create detailed sketches and technical specifications for production.

Conduct market research to inform design decisions.

Maintain awareness of current fashion trends related to men's footwear.

Ensure designs meet quality and material standards.

Requirements

Minimum of Associate's Degree in fashion, footwear, or industrial design.

2+ years of experience in Men’s Footwear Design or Industrial Design.

Exceptional hand sketching and traditional footwear development skills.

Proficiency with Digital Design Platforms (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong knowledge of color and materials in relation to men’s fashion and footwear.

Compensation: Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
