Digital Broadcast & Video Production Lead
Are you a creative and technically savvy broadcast professional passionate about producing high‑stakes events? We are looking for a Digital Broadcast & Video Production Lead to join our Executive Collaboration Services (ECS) team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the planning and execution of engaging in‑person, hybrid, and virtual broadcasts for Mars' top executive leadership, supporting everything from global town halls and leadership summits to critical corporate communications.
What we’re looking for
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Film, Digital Design, or a related field.
Live Event Production: Minimum 5 years of experience in live and hybrid event production, with hands‑on expertise across audio, video, lighting, and stage setup.
Broadcast Technology: Advanced knowledge of professional broadcast equipment, including digital video cameras, audio systems (mixers, wireless microphones), stage lighting, vision mixers, IP‑based video and audio routing technologies (NDI, Dante, RTMP, SRT) and professional production switchers such as TriCaster and Ross Video.
Corporate AV Expertise: Intermediate proficiency with Enterprise A/V tools such as Crestron, Extron, Q‑Sys, Shure, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco WebEx, and emerging AI technologies such as automated camera tracking and switching.
Video Production Skills: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on video production experience, including camera operation, 3‑point lighting, and field audio recording.
Collaboration Platforms: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially using Teams as a broadcast and meeting platform.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, including scoping, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice‑to‑Have: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, IT networking fundamentals (VLANs, switch management), and 3D virtual set technology (e.g., Unreal Engine).
Key responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and flawlessly execute live, hybrid, and virtual broadcast events for Mars' executive leadership.
Serve as the operational lead during live events, filling roles as needed (show‑caller, technical director, camera operator, audio engineer, graphics operator, stage manager, remote support).
Lead pre‑production planning, advising stakeholders on best practices and platform selection to realize their creative vision.
Oversee all technical aspects of events, including setup, calibration, and operation of broadcast equipment (cameras, microphones, audio/vision mixers, lighting).
Collaborate with creative partners to create and manage digital assets (lower thirds, animated transitions, backplates) that elevate production value.
Manage the inventory of broadcast equipment, including maintenance, firmware updates, and vendor relations.
Maintain and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, Corporate Affairs teams, and partners to ensure a customer‑centric approach.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement to enhance broadcast quality, adopt new capabilities, and increase operational efficiency.

The base pay range for this position is USD 86,720.00 – USD 119,240.00. Total compensation will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Benefit details will be provided if you receive an offer.
