Role Description
This position is responsible for both customer service and sales. In this role, you will work towards the growth of the agency, focusing on and capitalizing on all sales opportunities both within the book of business and outside of it.

Licensed in both property/casualty and life/health

Has a strong work ethic

Is hungry for success both as an individual and as a team

Has sales experience

Loves achieving goals, loves to work in a team environment, is outgoing and personable, and is committed to educating and helping people with their insurance and financial service needs

Compensation
Compensación $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus commission and a signing bonus are available for the right candidate.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents/employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
