Overview
We are actively hiring for the position of Associate Marketing Manager - Pricing for our plant in Los Angeles, CA .

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Candidates must be available to work during these hours.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We are unable to provide sponsorship or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.

Duties & Responsibilities

Be part of a team that manages product and shipping pricing strategy across Digital Room’s full brand portfolio

Manage, mentor, and develop pricing analysts on the team; provide coaching, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews

Develop and execute pricing strategies while owning the end-to-end pricing process: recommend, implement, and analyze product pricing, considering individual brand strategy, customer perceived value, and competitive positioning while maximizing gross profit

Build and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze the impact of price changes on product mix, revenue, and gross margin

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align pricing initiatives with broader business objectives

Proactively communicate pricing project objectives, status, barriers, and results to leadership and stakeholder teams

Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance pricing analytics, automation, and decision-making

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, STEM, or related field required; master’s degree or MBA preferred

6+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role; pricing experience preferred

E-commerce industry experience preferred

Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring team members

Proven expertise in data mining, building financial models, and translating data into actionable pricing recommendations

Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel; experience with additional BI platforms a plus

Working knowledge of AI and automation tools and their application to pricing, analytics, or business processes

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a bias toward data-driven decision-making

Ability to exercise sound judgment in identifying issues or opportunities and recommending solutions or improvements

Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
