Position Summary
The Senior Content Creator is a creative storyteller responsible for developing engaging, platform‑native content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth across GOSH Enterprises' portfolio of brands. This role focuses on creating compelling social‑first content through video, photography, editing, and trend‑driven storytelling for digital channels.

This position is ideal for a highly creative individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, stays ahead of social media trends, and has a passion for creating content that connects with audiences. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, strong creative instincts, and the ability to translate brand objectives into engaging content experiences.

Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling

Develop and produce engaging content across social media, digital, and emerging platforms

Capture and create short‑form video, photography, and behind‑the‑scenes content for brand campaigns and ongoing content calendars

Concept, script, and execute content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests

Create platform‑specific content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

Video Production & Editing

Shoot, edit, and deliver high‑quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications

Produce short‑form videos, reels, stories, and trend‑based content that drive engagement

Apply creative editing techniques, motion graphics, music, and effects to enhance content performance

Ensure all video assets meet brand standards and platform best practices

Social Media Content Development

Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats

Identify and leverage relevant trends, sounds, and cultural moments to create timely content

Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content calendars and campaign initiatives

Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach

Brand Execution & Consistency

Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication channels

Ensure visual and messaging alignment with established brand guidelines

Collaborate with creative and brand teams to bring campaigns and promotions to life through compelling content

Support multiple brands while adapting content to each brand's unique voice and audience

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing, Social Media Manager, and Operations teams to develop content that supports business objectives

Participate in content planning sessions, creative brainstorms, and campaign development

Coordinate with external creators, influencers, vendors, or freelancers when needed

Assist with content capture during events, restaurant openings, community initiatives, and brand activations

Asset Management & Production

Organize and manage content libraries, including raw footage, photography, and finished assets

Prepare and export content for multiple platforms and formats

Maintain efficient workflows for content production and asset retrieval

Assist in managing content calendars and production schedules

You will be successful if

Maintains exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all content reflects brand standards, visual consistency, and messaging accuracy.

Takes ownership of content production from concept through delivery, proactively solving problems and identifying opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications
Required

2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media content production, video editing, or digital storytelling

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects

Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills

Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms

Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency

Preferred

Experience in restaurant, retail, franchise, or consumer‑facing brand environments

Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics

Experience working with influencers and creator partnerships

Basic motion graphics and animation skills

Experience working within a multi‑brand organization

Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling platforms
