Overview We are a growing marketing agency seeking to hire a full-time Graphic Designer to support our marketing efforts across multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for creating engaging email campaigns, designing visual assets, and creating designs tailored to the tone and voice of each of our clients. The ideal candidate is experienced in Canva and Adobe tools, with knowledge in email marketing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once while working independently in a fast-moving agency environment. Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 EST. Salary: $1,600/mo. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually engaging email campaigns maintaining a consistent voice and tone across our client accounts

Update and improve automated email flows with new branding

Design marketing assets using Canva, Illustrator, and Adobe tools for email, social media, and website updates

Assist with light copywriting for email campaigns and marketing content

Provide social media support by responding to comments, engaging with posts, and interacting with followers

Collaborate with the internal team to maintain consistent branding across all marketing efforts

Key Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, design, or a related field

Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, and other Adobe design tools

Experience designing email marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and automation

Basic copywriting skills for marketing content

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify improvements

Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet

Nice To Have

Experience working in a marketing agency or startup environment

Experience running campaigns across both Amazon and Google platforms

Familiarity with CRM systems and attribution tracking
