Role Description
As an Account Manager you will grow the agency through client relations, acting as liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services. You will support a healthy work‑life balance with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
