Volunteer Photographer/Videographer Needed for Hurricane Prep Event

Meals on Wheels South Florida · Plantation, FL, USA ·

Job type:
Full Time

Help Capture a Meaningful Morning Supporting Seniors This Hurricane Season
Meals on Wheels South Florida is seeking a volunteer photographer and/or videographer to help capture a special community event supporting seniors across Broward County.
On Saturday, July 25, 2026, Meals on Wheels South Florida will partner with Florida Power & Light Company and the Florida Council on Aging to prepare and deliver hurricane preparedness meal kits to local seniors. These kits will help provide vital supplies and peace of mind as our community enters hurricane season.
We are looking for someone with a passion for photography, videography, and storytelling to join us for approximately two hours and document the heart of the event. Photos may include staff, volunteers, board members, and partners organizing, packing, loading, and preparing meal kits for delivery.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a student, emerging creative, professional photographer, content creator, or community-minded volunteer who wants to use their talents for a meaningful cause.
In appreciation of your time and talent, Meals on Wheels South Florida will provide an acknowledgement letter recognizing your in-kind donation of photography/videography services. We will also credit you wherever your photos or videos are used following the event, including on our website, social media channels, email marketing, and other promotional materials.
Your work will help us tell the story of neighbors helping neighbors and highlight the importance of keeping seniors safe, prepared, and connected during hurricane season.
If you are interested in volunteering your creative talents for this meaningful event, we would love to hear from you!
