UX Designer Sênior | Growth
This is a senior growth-focused UX/UI role within a product team responsible for designing experiences that directly impact activation, conversion, retention, and revenue. You will work end-to-end on user journeys, transforming data, experiments, and behavioral insights into high-impact product experiences. The role combines fast-paced prototyping, continuous experimentation, and strong UX rigor grounded in user psychology and product thinking. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to define hypotheses, design solutions, and validate outcomes. A strong emphasis is placed on metrics, A/B testing, and iterative learning to continuously improve user experience and business performance. This is a 100% remote position in a highly collaborative and data-driven environment focused on scalable product growth.
Accountabilities:
Design user-centered flows and interfaces to improve value perception, reduce friction, and maximize conversion and revenue outcomes.
Map and evolve key journeys such as onboarding, activation, purchase, expansion, and retention using data and research insights.
Create low and high-fidelity prototypes, running fast cycles of hypothesis, testing, learning, and iteration.
Apply behavioral psychology principles ethically to improve decision-making and product performance.
Define and monitor growth metrics alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring proper instrumentation and analysis.
Conduct usability tests and qualitative/quantitative validation to inform design decisions.
Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to align business and user needs.
Document design decisions, experiment outcomes, and learnings to build shared knowledge across the team.
Requirements:
Strong experience in UX/UI design with a focus on product growth and data-driven iteration.
Experience working across the full design lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and metric-driven product development.
Familiarity with product-led growth principles and optimization of funnels and user journeys.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, and Data.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration tools like Jira and Notion.
Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity, curiosity, and user empathy.
