Technical Designer- Streetwear Brand!

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed spec sheets and tech packs

Manage communication with overseas factories and vendors

Review samples and provide fit and construction comments

Ensure garment measurements and specifications are accurate throughout development and production

Partner cross-functionally with production, sourcing, and design teams

Track revisions and maintain organized technical documentation

Help troubleshoot fit and construction issues as they arise

Support the team in maintaining quality and consistency across product categories

Qualifications

Prior experience in technical design within the apparel industry

Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and manufacturing processes

Experience creating tech packs and specs

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to work with overseas factories

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Proficiency in relevant technical design software and systems preferred
