The Project Manager will be responsible for leading construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating internal, and driving project performance across multiple phases.

Description

Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to close-out

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Oversee contract administration, change orders, and risk management

Monitor project performance and implement improvements where needed

Profile

Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction

Strong track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, education, industrial, or public works

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Job Offer
