Marketing Coordinator - Orlando

LRK is seeking a proactive, dependable, collaborative, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Orlando office. This position will be part of a team responsible for creative initiatives including writing and producing proposals, presentation design, marketing collateral development, website content management, email communications, photography, social media and other activities to market the company and personnel.

Responsibilities

Write and produce proposals

Design presentations

Develop marketing collateral

Manage website content

Run email communications

Capture photography

Curate social media content

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Marketing Coordinator in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry or other professional service industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Ability to coordinate remotely with other offices

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field preferred
