Social Media Content Creator

Have you been looking to start your career in aesthetics? This is your chance! We are looking for a talented content creator to run our social media accounts and assist with the marketing initiatives for our growing cosmetic surgery practice in Reston, VA. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our Marketing Director to create and execute a content strategy for each of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Youtube)

Set specific objectives and report on ROI

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Manage internal sales databases and website content

Identify potential partnerships with influencers or brands

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Assist with miscellaneous marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements

Proven work experience as a social media content creator

Proven track record of social media growth & online community engagement

Hands‑on experience in content & social media management

Long and short‑form video editing (YouTube)

Excellent copywriting skills & attention to detail

Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)

Ability to deliver engaging & creative content (text, image and video)

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Analytical and multitasking skills

Previous Cosmetic or Aesthetic experience preferred but not required

BS degree in Marketing is preferred but not required
