The Role
This is a part‑time, on‑site Videographer / Photographer role based in Scottsdale, AZ. Flexible enough to work alongside another job or commitment — we work around your schedule. You will be on location inside some of the most stunning luxury homes in the valley, working alongside high‑end clients and capturing content that genuinely makes listings stand out.

This is a real opportunity to get hands‑on experience inside a fast‑growing luxury media company. You will learn how professional shoots are run, what it takes to produce content at the highest level, and how to carry yourself in high‑end client environments. For the right person, this part‑time role has a clear path to something much bigger.

Day to day that means showing up sharp, setting up gear, working alongside high‑end clients, and executing at the level the Thunderstruck brand demands.

Responsibilities

Show up to shoots prepared, professional, and on time

Set up and break down equipment efficiently on location

Capture photo and video content that meets Thunderstruck's creative standards

Work directly with agents and clients on‑site with professionalism and confidence

Communicate clearly with the team before and after each shoot

Represent the Thunderstruck brand at every property you step into

Qualifications

Has a winning mentality: you show up ready to work and ready to grow

Comfortable working inside high‑end homes with high‑end clients

Organized, reliable, and communicates well

Based in Scottsdale with a valid driver's license

No experience required: we train the right person from the ground up
