Hybrid (Chicagoland Preferred) | Full-Time | Travel Required
Tour Edge is looking for a highly creative, golf-obsessed Content Producer to help shape the next era of our social presence. This role is built for someone who lives and breathes content — someone who can spot trends early, develop compelling concepts, shoot cinematic footage, edit thumb-stopping videos, and bring the Tour Edge brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll operate like an in-house creator: part storyteller, part filmmaker, part creative strategist. From ASMR club content and cinematic beauty shots to influencer collaborations and social campaigns, you’ll create content that feels authentic to golf culture while elevating the Tour Edge brand.
This role reports directly to the VP of Brand and works closely with the broader marketing and creative teams.
What You’ll Do
Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
Create a consistent flow of engaging content including:
short-form video
stories
reels
campaign content
product-focused creative
Produce approximately:
daily story content
monthly campaign shoots
Capture cinematic golf visuals including ASMR, product beauty shots, athlete features, and lifestyle storytelling
Bring fresh content ideas to the table weekly and proactively identify social trends relevant to golf culture
Collaborate with athletes, creators, influencers, and ambassadors on content concepts and shoots
Help ideate influencer partnerships and social campaign concepts
Repurpose organic social content into paid social creative opportunities
Analyze social performance metrics and optimize creative based on engagement, audience behavior, and platform trends
Travel to shoots, tournaments, events, and content opportunities (approximately 50% travel)
Maintain a strong pulse on golf culture, creator trends, and premium sports/lifestyle storytelling
Publish and schedule content across platforms
Own day-to-day social channel execution according to the content calendar and support community engagement by monitoring comments and messages
Track KPIs and monitor post performance and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement and conversion
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience creating social-first content for brands, creators, media companies, or lifestyle/sports organizations
Deep understanding of golf culture and the golf consumer

High-level shooting and editing skills with an eye for lighting, framing, pacing, sound design, and color grading
Experience creating content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Ability to independently ideate, produce, and execute content from start to finish
Strong understanding of what performs on social and why
Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments and adapting quickly on shoots
Experience collaborating with influencers, athletes, or creators is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel frequently
