Events and Video Content Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Support planning and execution of 10+ trade shows, customer events, and industry activations annually, including booth coordination, branding, layouts, and vendor management
- Provide on-site event support if needed to maintain strong brand presence, engagement, and smooth day-to-day execution
- Capture, edit, and repurpose photo and video content from events and company activities for use across social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Create and update digital and print marketing materials, including sales tools, booth visuals, presentations, and branded storytelling assets
- Support post-event reporting by organizing content, compiling recaps, and sharing key insights and learnings with internal teams
- Maintain organized content libraries to ensure marketing and sales teams have easy access to up-to-date creative assets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, events, or content creation
- Strong skills in content creation, including basic video editing and digital asset development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferred
