We are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-led National Account Executive to help grow MINKPINK across the North American wholesale market, with a strong focus on specialty boutiques, key retailers and new door expansion. This role will be based in Los Angeles, California.


This is a high-impact role for someone who understands contemporary women’s fashion and knows how to build meaningful retailer relationships. A major part of the role is meeting buyers face-to-face and visiting prospective retail partners.


About the Role

As National Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving wholesale sales across North America and acting as a key brand ambassador for MINKPINK. You will work across showroom appointments, trade shows, road appointments, in-season selling and reporting.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive wholesale growth across North America, managing existing specialty boutique and key retail accounts while actively opening new doors.
  • Own the full wholesale sales cycle, including appointment preparation, showroom and road appointments, trade shows, virtual presentations, order follow-up, reorders and in-season selling opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, store teams and wholesale customers, acting as the key liaison between MINKPINK and its retail partners.
  • Partner with key accounts on product knowledge, merchandising, brand presentation, marketing opportunities and in-store or virtual training.
  • Work closely with the Global Sales Manager on account plans, seasonal budgets, growth strategies and annual boutique business planning.
  • Track and analyse weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual sales performance against budget, providing clear insights and recommendations to support sales strategy.
  • Monitor account performance, reorder opportunities, risks and in-season sales opportunities to drive sell-through and replenishment.
  • Represent MINKPINK with professionalism, energy and a strong understanding of the brand, customer and market.
  • Use JOOR and other wholesale platforms to manage orders, account activity and sales opportunities.
  • Partner with internal customer service, logistics and operations teams to ensure orders, samples and account follow-up are managed smoothly.
  • Assist with aged receivables follow-up where needed, helping ensure customers remain within payment terms.


About You

  • Previous experience in wholesale, account management and showroom sales within women’s fashion.
  • You have existing relationships with specialty boutiques, buyers or fashion retailers across North America.
  • Excellent understanding of contemporary women’s fashion, seasonal selling and retail behaviour.
  • Confident selling skills across in-person appointments, trade shows, road appointments and virtual presentations.
  • Experience using JOOR or similar wholesale platforms.
