About The Role As our Partnerships & Field Activation Lead, you will be the strategic owner and primary engine behind one of our most high‑profile and complex sports partnerships in the US. This role is critical to our expansion because you will transform a large‑scale contractual agreement into a world‑class brand experience.
You’ll be responsible for Leading one of our most prominent sports partnerships—steering the relationship with strategic vision and people skills to keep momentum in a fast‑moving environment.
Digging into contractual entitlements to ensure every right is activated, proactively surfacing make‑goods and negotiating new opportunities beyond the original agreement.
Directing third‑party agencies on the execution of fan zones, hospitality, and stadium build‑outs—setting a premium bar and empowering teams to meet it.
Orchestrating the run‑of‑show on event days, ensuring flawless brand integration across every physical and digital touchpoint.
Serving as the bridge between our external partner and internal teams—Legal, Brand, Compliance—turning activations into smooth, well‑aligned executions.
Defining and tracking KPIs across every activation and translating them into sharp strategic reports for senior leadership.
We Are Looking For a Person Who Has 8+ years in brand partnerships or sponsorships, ideally in major sports leagues or large‑scale entertainment, with a solid track record managing contractual rights.
The ability to build trust, align diverse teams, and deliver results in fast‑moving environments.
Equally comfortable shaping long‑term roadmaps and being boots‑on‑the‑ground during live events.
Experience selecting and managing creative and production agencies, keeping work on brief, on time, and on budget.
The instinct to orchestrate content shoots, VIP hospitality, stadium signage, and logistics simultaneously with attention to detail.
A strong grasp of the South Florida event production ecosystem and a love for being where the action is (a big plus).
