Job Description :

We are currently seeking a REMOTE Regional Director to oversee the operations and strategic development of our student exchange program within the United States. This role is responsible for building and leading a team of local coordinators and field managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with schools, host families, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and provide direction to the regional team, ensuring they are motivated and perform to their potential.

Oversee the recruitment of local coordinators to meet team goals.

Plan and hold weekly meetings to support, encourage, and train your team.

Give regular feedback and help develop your team's skills.

Promote a positive company culture and collaboration with other departments.



Operational & Strategic Planning:

Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to expand the program's presence.

Oversee daily operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performancmetrics.

Work with the admin team to develop annual training or team-building content for in-person and virtual meetings.

Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including compliance with CSIET, DOS, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.



Program & Stakeholder Relations:

Focus on quality and timely placement of students with reputable host families.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, schools, host families, and other stakeholders.

Assist in implementing program policy updates to training, handbooks, and orientations.

Check in monthly with at least five students and host families to ensure quality control and program satisfaction.

Resolve complaints and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

Report any counseling issues to a supervisor or support services within 24 hours.

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in the international student exchange field.

Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Cultural sensitivity.

Ability to work within an approved budget and implement cost-saving measures.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, Dropbox, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.

Ability to work from a quiet workspace with reliable internet and a mobile phone for 24/7 emergencies.

A clear criminal background check is required upon hiring and annually thereafter.

Sexual harassment training for supervisors is required upon hiring and biannually thereafter.

Benefits

Enjoy the flexibility of a full-time remote position, managing your own schedule while earning a salary of $45,000 a year, with the added potential for goal-based bonuses. This role requires the use of your own personal computer and cell phone.

Physical Demands
This is a professional role that may require sitting, standing, stooping, and bending for various lengths of time. A clear speaking voice and finger dexterity are necessary, along with the abilityto use a telephone and laptop. The position may require travel by car and airplane.
