Yigal Azrouël is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our new flagship store on Madison Avenue.
We are looking for someone who understands luxury retail, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience working on Madison Avenue or within a similar high-end environment in New York.
Responsibilities:

Client experience: Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' preferences.
Clienteling: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up
Sales Achievement: Drive sales and achieve individual and store goals through affective relationship building
Merchandising: Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is always presented at the highest level
Collaboration: Support day-to-day store operations while working collaboratively with team
Requirements:

Prior experience in luxury retail (Madison Avenue experience strongly preferred)
Strong strategic sales skills and personal relationship-building
Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
Forward thinking individuals who can leverage their creativity and skill to drive the continued success of the brand
Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $22 - $30 plus the opportunity for commission. Location: Madison Avenue, New York
