Overview
The Clyde-Savannah Central School District has an opening for a 1.0 FTE Director of Communications and Public Relations.
Interested candidates must complete and electronically submit the online Wayne County Civil Service application ("Other" field), a cover letter, resume, and letters of reference (three minimum).
Requirements
- Associates Degree (or higher) in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years communications experience
- Media and broadcast background preferred
- Strong understanding of educational systems and structures
- Willing to work flexible hours which may include nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work on several projects at once
