Your role
We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our Build team. You'll work on a wide range of digital campaigns, interactive advertising, social content, and branded experiences for national and international clients.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual design foundation, a passion for animation, and a desire to continuously learn new tools and technologies.

What you’ll do

Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.

Design and animate HTML5 banners, social media content, and interactive experiences.

Collaborate with creative directors, designers, developers, and account teams.

Translate creative concepts into high-quality visual executions.

Optimize animations for web, mobile, and advertising platforms.

Stay up to date with emerging motion design and interactive design trends.

Who you are

A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design and animation skills.

Experience with Adobe After Effects.

Experience with Adobe Animate, or a willingness to learn.

Experience with Rive, or a strong interest in interactive animation and motion design.

Good understanding of timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating polished work.

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
