Responsibilities
Assistant Director – Business Office
The Assistant Director will assist the Director – Business Office in managing the department staff, insurance verification, billing and collection processes. Maintains follow‑up and collection activity including letters, phone and personal contact with insurance companies, third‑party payers and patients. Assists the Business Office Director with additional accounts receivable management tasks and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a business office or finance role, preferably in healthcare
- Managerial experience
- Claims / billing knowledge
- Insurance verification knowledge
