Position: Web Developer – Bausch-White Masonry, LLC (On‑site)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site basis.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain company websites, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and usability across all devices
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement new features and functionalities
Optimize website performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Conduct regular updates and maintenance to ensure websites are up‑to‑date and secure
Monitor website traffic and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase traffic and engagement
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest web development trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvement
Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients as needed
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
Experience with CMS such as WordPress or Drupal
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
