Associate Director, Scientific Communications

Combining scientific writing expertise with strategic client management, the full-time Associate Director, Scientific Communications will independently lead the development of high-quality scientific deliverables, including manuscripts and presentations, while supporting projects in real-world evidence and health economics.
Key responsibilities

Independently draft and finalize a range of scientific communication materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and quality while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements and training related to scientific communications

Required qualifications

Master's or PhD in a relevant life science, public health, or health economics-related discipline
5+ years of experience in scientific/medical writing and evidence synthesis within the pharmaceutical industry
Proven expertise in writing related to real-world evidence, epidemiology, and health economics outcomes research
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects independently in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EndNote, and Adobe Creative Suite
