X4 Life Sciences is hiring: Graphic Designer in New York

X4 Life Sciences are partnered with a fast-growing medical device company based in New Jersey who are looking to hire a Graphic Design/Public Relations Specialist to join their marketing team.
This is a highly creative, design-focused position that would suit someone with a strong background in graphic design, digital marketing content, branding, and social media campaigns, alongside some exposure to PR and communications.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Create branded content and graphics to support marketing campaigns and PR initiatives.
Assist with media kits, pitch decks, infographics, event materials, and internal communications.
Draft and edit press releases, social media content, blog posts, and other communication materials.
Support brand storytelling through engaging visual and written content.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Support social media content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
Conduct market and media research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist with event preparation including signage, presentations, displays, and press materials.
Support photography, videography, and multimedia projects when required.
Requirements

3+ years of experience within Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Public Relations.
Prior experience within the Life Sciences or Medical Device industry is highly preferred.
Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing branding, digital content, and marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Experience creating social media and digital marketing content.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with branding, content creation, marketing strategy, and PR support.
Photography, videography, or video editing experience would be considered a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
