About The Job

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team and serve as a trusted partner to both our clients and internal team. The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring projects move efficiently from strategy through execution. 


This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business objectives into actionable plans and coordinating with our creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver exceptional work. In addition to managing day-to-day account work, this role also plays an active part in identifying growth opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting new business development through relationship building and networking.


The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, relationship-focused, and experienced in managing multiple accounts within a fast-paced agency environment, with a strong interest in helping accounts—and the agency—grow.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and communication.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and client presentations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, digital, and production teams.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand services.
  • Actively support new business development through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Ensure client objectives are clearly communicated to internal teams.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address challenges.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Contribute to agency process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives.


Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience within a creative, marketing, branding, or advertising agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with both client service and growth-oriented conversations (upsell, expansion, new opportunity development).
  • Interest in networking and building relationships that support business development and agency growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
