Pay Range: $58,000.00-$63,000.00 Annually | Hybrid Schedule of 60% On-Site and 40% Remote/Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-5:00 PM/Labor Day Holiday and Some Weekend Events
Job Purpose or Objective(s):
The Multimedia Videographer is responsible for assisting in shooting footage, creating, editing, and developing multimedia content to support the communication and marketing efforts of the CNO across a wide variety of platforms.
Primary Tasks:
Involved in all stages of shooting, production and the initial creative process including development of messaging and storyboards to create video assets.
Ability to effectively interpret client needs and brainstorm creative and technical video solutions that are on strategy.
Develop and produce digital video projects that are edited for continuity across a wide variety of media platforms.
Produce live streaming video content.
Participate in planning meetings as required for new projects. Manage and coordinate shoot schedules, scout locations, schedule and coordinate talent and assist with staging and set preparation.
Produces video assets to provide graphic designers with motion graphics necessary for projects.
Collaborate with the Multimedia Director to stay up to date on best practices and tools, ensuring standards remain high and techniques are cutting edge.
Maintain all equipment in proper working order, including troubleshooting and minor repairs as necessary.
Capture video assets that will translate to accurately branded multimedia content with approved look and feel.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Associate Degree or technical certification in Communications Multimedia, or four (4) directly rated experience.
Video production camera standards proficiencies
Exceptional computer skills including Adobe Creative Cloud apps
Must have excellent communication skills and be detailed-oriented
Experience in executing marketing concepts
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively
3 years in marketing/creative environment
