Job Description
We call our sales team members “Family Advisors,” because that is truly their role in helping prospective residents and their families understand their options when it comes to senior living. Family Advisors work closely with community partners, referral sources, prospective residents, and their families to help them understand their needs and the best options to meet those needs. This isn’t just another sales job; this is a calling to serve and truly help people make one of the most important decisions in their golden years.
Responsibilities
Sales
- Work closely with prospective residents and families to help them understand their options and identify their needs.
- Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
- Provide oversight and guidance to sales team members.
Marketing
- Plan, coordinate and execute top‑notch marketing events to promote and benefit the local community, our residents, and prospective residents.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior living sales experience (preferred); experience in hospitality, property management, hotel management, or event sales is also valued.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, public relations, communications, sales, marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success.
- Engaging personality.
- A love for seniors.
