Position Overview
We are currently looking for an Advertising Account Executive to join our San Antonio office. The role requires a collaborative, creative individual with strong organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external partners, freelancers, and vendors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency.
- Preference for a bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and social skills.
- Ability to work in‑office 5 days per week at our San Antonio facility.
- Proficiency with MAC/PC, Microsoft Office, and standard project management software.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage development and execution of a variety of campaigns and individual projects.
- Guide the creative process across all applicable departments (production, creative, studio, etc.).
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the client’s business to ensure consistent delivery on their needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly internally and externally, bringing clarity to all aspects of projects.
- Manage and schedule all client meetings, tracking time accordingly.
