Marketing Coordinator

From Sales to Events to Social Media—Own It as a Marketing Coordinator at a Growing, 67-Year old Aerospace Industry Leader

What You’ll Do:

Build sales tools (sell sheets, emails, PowerPoint capabilities presentations) to help in lead generation, sales, and corporate branding

Event Marketing: coordinate tradeshow booth marketing and event logistics for several events throughout the year; travel as required to events and supplier partners to learn business, product lines, and support on-site event activity

Distribute tradeshow leads to salespeople based on territories; work with team to capture and report on lead conversion

Count inventory and replenish premiums/giveaways as required for special events and customer gifts

Social Media, Video & Email

Create and manage organic and paid social, video, and email campaigns to drive engagement and brand growth

Develop high-impact content including videos, graphics, and targeted email workflows to support lead generation and nurturing

Measure and optimize performance using HubSpot and analytics tools to improve engagement, conversions, and data quality

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in general marketing

Working knowledge of Hubspot (REQUIRED)

Experience with design/video editing tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cappcut or similar

Strong writing, editing, proofing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for different platforms

Experience with event/marketing/trade show planning, highly preferred

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
