Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Podcaster Producer or Host, based in Las Vegas, NV. The individual will manage all aspects of podcast production, including planning, scripting, recording, editing, hosting, and distribution. Responsibilities also include conducting thorough research, developing engaging content, securing and interviewing guests, and leveraging social media platforms for promotion and audience engagement.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content

Proficiency in Research and Interviewing techniques to deliver insightful and well-informed discussions

Social Media management skills, including content creation and strategic audience engagement

Knowledge of podcast production tools and editing techniques

Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid environment, including in-person and remote settings

Experience in audience building and marketing is a plus
