Signed NYC-based hijabi model and content creator building a long-term creative collective focused on modeling, beauty, fashion, and content creation.

Looking for an ambitious, organized, and proactive Founding Creative Partner who is interested in fashion, media, talent development, creative production, or brand building. This is a portfolio-building opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience helping develop a model and creator brand from the ground up.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate, student, intern, aspiring producer, fashion business professional, talent coordinator, or someone looking to gain real-world experience in the creative industry.

Responsibilities

Help coordinate photoshoots and content days

Assist in building a small creative collective (photographers, stylists, makeup artists, etc.)

Research opportunities, castings, and collaborations

Conduct outreach to creatives and industry professionals

Assist with scheduling and project coordination

Help keep creative projects moving consistentlyContribute ideas for content, branding, and visibility

Ideal Candidate

Interested in fashion, media, talent, beauty, or creative industries

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with networking and outreach

Self-starter who enjoys building things

NYC-based or able to work with NYC creatives

Excited by long-term growth rather than immediate results

Compensation
This is currently a volunteer / portfolio-building opportunity.

The goal is to create meaningful experience, portfolio work, industry connections, and long-term growth opportunities for everyone involved.

As projects generate revenue, future compensation structures may be explored based on contribution and involvement.
