Senior Designer — Kenilworth Creations | Providence, RIKenilworth Creations is a US-based jewelry manufacturer with 45 years of experience partnering with large retailers, fashion brands, and launching new brands to bring product to life at scale. We act as strategic partner to our customers, offering end to end service catering to their unique needs. We're looking for a Senior Designer who brings a genuine point of view and the craft to join our team. This is a hands-on role spanning from design through to product development, seeing the process through from concept to sampling, for our growing portfolio of customers. It's also a relationship role: you'll work directly with our customers as a creative partner, not just behind the scenes. What you'll doYou'll drive the design process from concept to sample: building seasonal collections, developing original concepts, and translating creative direction into product that can actually be made. You'll work closely with our creative and product development teams, which means your ideas will need to hold up under real manufacturing constraints. You'll also be a direct point of contact for customers, presenting concepts, responding to creative briefs, building trust, and guiding them through decisions. The ability to represent your work clearly and confidently in a client-facing setting is as important as the work itself.Day to day, you're designing, refining, presenting, and iterating. You understand proportion, material, finish, and the difference between something that photographs well and something that actually sells.Who you areYou've spent meaningful time in elevated fashion jewelry. You know what makes a collection feel considered versus thrown together. You have strong instincts about what's current without chasing trends, and you can articulate your creative decisions clearly to both creative and commercial stakeholders. You're as comfortable in a customer conversation as you are at your desk. You listen well, translate feedback without losing the integrity of the work, and know how to bring a client along on a creative direction rather than just presenting to them. You work well in a collaborative, production-connected environment. You're not precious about your sketches, you care about the outcome.Skills and backgroundProven design experience in fashion jewelryStrong flat sketching ability; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite at minimumFamiliarity with production and sampling processesConfident and polished in customer-facing settings, presenting, pitching, and building relationshipsA portfolio that shows range, restraint, and a clear point of view
