Overview

NextGen Coding Company is a U.S.-based software engineering firm delivering custom platforms, AI systems, automation tools, and enterprise software solutions. NextGen Coding Company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the company's marketing, branding, recruiting, and client-facing initiatives.
This role will work closely with leadership, recruiting, sales, and operations teams to create compelling visual content across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into professional, engaging visual assets.
This is a hybrid position offering a balance of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
Core Responsibilities

Design marketing materials including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and promotional content
Create visual assets for recruiting campaigns, job postings, and employer branding initiatives
Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, client presentations, and business development materials
Design digital content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and internal communications
Ensure consistency across all company branding, typography, color palettes, and visual standards
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects
Prepare production-ready files for digital and print distribution
Support special projects, company announcements, and event-related creative needs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Required Skills and Experience

2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable incorporating feedback and iterating on creative concepts
Preferred Experience

Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, technology, or professional services organizations
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms
Experience creating social media, paid advertising, and employer branding assets
Basic understanding of web design and digital marketing principles
Experience designing executive presentations and business development materials
