Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Specialist to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Senior Graphic Specialist provides high‑level visual design, illustration, and multimedia support to complex technical, operational, and business initiatives. This role develops professional visual communication products—including infographics, briefings, illustrations, UI/UX elements, marketing collateral, and data‑driven graphics—to support strategic messaging and mission objectives. They work independently or as part of a project team, providing expert‑level design guidance, innovating visual solutions, and ensuring brand and communication consistency across deliverables.
Responsibilities
Develop high‑quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia products to support executive‑level presentations, strategic communications, and technical documentation.
Create visually engaging layouts for digital and print content such as briefings, dashboards, posters, brochures, diagrams, data visualizations, and interactive media.
Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive visual formats suitable for diverse audiences.
Maintain brand, style, and visual communication standards across all products.
Work independently or as a senior member of project teams, providing expert guidance on design strategies and visual communication best practices.
Consult with stakeholders to interpret requirements, understand project objectives, and deliver optimal visual solutions.
Support change efforts and innovation through improved visual communication methods.
Manage multiple concurrent design projects, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality products.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and technical excellence.
Recommend process improvements and design standards to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance.
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or visual communications.
Security+ CE.
Accessibility/Section 508 certification.
Desired Qualifications
Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – Advanced mastery of Adobe applications.
CompTIA IT Fundamentals+.
Advanced After Effects certification.
UX/UI Certifications (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Google UX).
Project Management Certificate or Agile Certification.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and modern design tools.
UX Design Certification.
Human‑Centered Design training.
ITIL 4 Foundation.

Wage Information
Target salary range: $100,000.00 – $132,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
