Our client, a well‑established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Site Agent to join their delivery team on a long‑term infrastructure project. The role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex and rewarding works while progressing your career within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of planning, programming, and delivery of your section of works

Produce and monitor construction programmes and progress reports

Manage cost plans and oversee contractual elements of the project

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery

Work closely with commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks

Lead on health, safety, environment, and quality compliance

Review and approve RAMS, ITPs, and engineering documentation

Collaborate with Project Managers and Works Managers to meet key milestones

Ensure efficient and high‑quality handover of completed works

About You

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

Previous experience as a Site Agent, Senior Engineer, or similar role within civil engineering/infrastructure

Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive mindset

SMSTS & CSCS certification

Full UK driving licence
