About the role
We’re hiring a

Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

to execute and scale search and paid media across the business.

This is not a strategy role.

You’ll work directly with the CMO to build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and local GEO. Direction and priorities are already defined. Your job is to execute at a high level and improve performance through iteration.

What you’ll do

Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (search, shopping, remarketing)

Execute Meta campaigns with a focus on testing and iteration

Support SEO execution including:

On-page updates

Metadata and internal linking

Content coordination

Manage and optimize local search presence (GMB, location pages, near-me queries)

Assist with landing page updates and conversion improvements

Pull and organize performance reporting across channels

Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data

What you won’t do

Set overall marketing strategy

Control budgets or channel allocation

This role is focused on execution and optimization.

What we’re looking for

3–6 years experience in paid search, paid social, and/or SEO

Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads

Solid understanding of local SEO and GEO for lead generation

Comfortable working inside platforms and making changes quickly

Detail-oriented and organized

Low ego, high accountability

Able to take direction and execute without overcomplicating things

Experience with GA4, landing page testing, or call tracking

Experience in lead-gen or high-ticket service businesses

Ability to spot data inconsistencies or tracking issues

Compensation

Base: $80,000 – $95,000

Performance bonus tied to lead volume and revenue impact
