Executive Conference Room AV Specialist — Onsite Support

Insight Global is seeking an IT/AV Support Specialist to provide executive-level support for meetings in Mayfield Heights, OH. The role includes ensuring smooth meeting operations, troubleshooting AV-related issues, and assisting with Tier 2 IT support.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in IT support, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 12-month contract position with a pay rate of $25–32/hour.
