Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Content & Media Producer based in Pearland, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The Content & Media Producer will manage the full lifecycle of media production, including ideation, scripting, filming, video editing, and post-production. They will develop and create compelling multimedia assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce content aligned with the Genesis brand, and ensure high-quality deliverables within established timelines.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Post-Production
Experience with Writing and Multimedia content creation
Strong technical capabilities in operating video production equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or related tools)
Excellent storytelling ability to convey complex ideas in engaging formats
Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, traveling to the Pearland, TX location as needed
Experience with healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic domains is a plus
