Freelance Content Creator – Founder Content Series

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a founder‑driven content series that documents the journey of building a pioneering behavioral healthcare AI company. The focus is on capturing authentic, day‑in‑the‑life moments, milestones, and insights from the founder’s perspective, translating complex healthtech and AI topics into engaging short‑form content for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn, and X. The ideal candidate will shadow the founder in New York City, contribute creative ideas, and manage the end‑to‑end video production process, from shooting to editing. This part‑time contract position is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, content strategy, and making technical subjects accessible to a broad audience.

Deliverables

Capture and produce short‑form vertical video content (15–90 seconds) highlighting founder experiences, company milestones, and technical insights.

Shadow the founder in New York City to document real‑time moments and behind‑the‑scenes footage.

Edit and optimize videos for multiple social platforms, ensuring each piece is tailored for TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn, and X.

Collaborate on content strategy, pitching creative concepts and narrative angles.

Translate complex healthcare and AI topics into clear, engaging stories for a general audience.

Manage the editing process, including color grading, sound, and motion graphics as needed.

Participate in a paid trial shoot to demonstrate fit and creative approach.

Requirements

Proven experience in videography and editing, with a strong portfolio of short‑form content for social media.

Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Strong sense of visual storytelling and ability to convey complex topics simply.

Experience with content strategy and ideation for digital platforms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, contributing creative ideas.

Based in or able to work regularly in New York City.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Availability for a part‑time, contract‑based engagement.
