Multimedia Specialist
The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for producing professional, high‑quality, engaging multimedia content that includes videos, motion graphics, graphic design, and web development. This full‑time position is hybrid‑remote and is based in Middletown, PA. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Middletown, PA to meet required onsite duties such as filming, recording audio, attending meetings, trainings, and cultural events.
Responsibilities

Video Production: Create compelling videos, combining live footage, graphics, and animations. Film, edit, perform sound design, and handle post‑production. Write video scripts, procure assets, and assist on shoots with lighting, audio, camera work, and teleprompter operation.
Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing designs for print and digital marketing collateral—brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media content—while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Web Design: Create and maintain web pages and digital assets. Work with the marketing team to align design and user experience with brand standards, including ADA compliance for credit union clients.
Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, manage production scheduling to meet deadlines, track editing time, and maintain organized archives of video footage, graphics, and project files.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university, or 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, graphic design, multimedia arts, video production, web design, or related fields.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) is a plus, but not required.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet software.
Additional Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of AP Stylebook.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and related technologies.
Understanding of Google Analytics, YouTube, Apple Podcast, Spotify podcast, and social media reports is a plus.
Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to drive to corporate events or credit union locations and to travel 5–10 nights per year.

Travel Requirements

Required to occasionally drive to corporate events or credit union locations. Occasional travel may include 5–10 overnight stays per year.
