Renewal by Andersen , the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer, is hiring part‑time members to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team in the Twin Cities area. The role involves representing products, setting appointments, and building relationships with prospective customers in retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Talk to prospective customers in store to explain Renewal by Andersen product offerings.

Book no‑cost appointments with a renewal specialist.

Follow up with customers, provide feedback and information recaps, and coordinate next steps.

Participate in paid training and use proven marketing methodology to achieve success.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.

Experienced people person with strong interpersonal skills.

Motivated to help grow the RBA footprint.

Dedicated, dependable, and a team player.

Must be available at least 18 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation
Hourly base pay of $16.50 plus up to $1,000 bi‑weekly commission.
