Job Description
A growing company in the consumer products industry is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a freelance contract assignment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who can support campaign execution, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help maintain momentum across digital, brand, and promotional initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This person will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep marketing programs on track and ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time.

Position Details

Title: Marketing Coordinator

Work Location: On-site in Fullerton, California

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across brand, digital, and promotional channels

Coordinate development of presentations, collateral, product materials, and campaign assets

Help manage content calendars for email, social media, and other outbound marketing efforts

Assist with website updates, digital content organization, and asset management

Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals to keep projects moving forward

Monitor engagement and performance metrics and help prepare summary reports

Coordinate event and trade marketing logistics, including materials, signage, and vendor communication

Partner with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to support marketing initiatives

Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and workflow documentation

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, brand support, or a related field

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience supporting email campaigns, social media scheduling, and marketing operations

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Comfort working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, or similar marketing platforms is a plus

Background in consumer products, retail, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands is preferred
