We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring our brands to life through impactful visual storytelling. In this role, you will collaborate with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, digital content, product launch assets, and branding initiatives that support business growth across our organization.

What You'll Do

Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, flyers, catalogs, trade show displays, presentations, signage, social media graphics, and digital content

Collaborate with Brand Managers and internal stakeholders to transform ideas and business objectives into engaging visual communications

Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative strategy discussions

Create visual assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives

Ensure all materials are visually compelling, accurate, and aligned with established brand standards

Support company events and industry trade shows through the development of promotional and visual materials

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities

Maintain organized design files, proofs, and branding documentation

Stay current on design trends, creative technologies, and marketing best practices

What You Bring

Strong graphic design, branding, and visual communication skills

Ability to develop creative solutions that support marketing and business objectives

Experience designing for both print and digital platforms

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented culture

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field preferred

3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a marketing, branding, agency, or corporate environment preferred

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, print, and digital design work

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand development initiatives preferred

Knowledge of the animal health industry is a plus

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials related to marketing projects and events

Ability to occasionally travel to company events, trade shows, customer visits, or other business functions

Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds
