Mechanisms Engineer
to support the full lifecycle of aerospace hardware—from design through to testing and final delivery.
In this role, you’ll work on innovative mechanical systems, contributing to both unique prototypes and repeat builds. This is an opportunity to get involved in highly collaborative, multidisciplinary projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible in aerospace engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Drive continuous design improvements based on production and testing feedback
Lead mechanical testing (vibration, shock, TVAC, and assembly)
Define test requirements, processes, tooling, and materials
Perform trade studies and engineering analyses to enhance AI&T efficiency
Collaborate with design engineers to optimize manufacturability and reduce production costs
Analyze and report on test data and production feedback
Investigate issues, perform root‑cause analyses, and implement fixes
Provide engineering support across manufacturing and integration phases
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in aerospace or high‑performance mechanical systems
Solid understanding of mechanisms and testing processes
Strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
