Customer Experience Specialist – Dallas, TX
Starting salary: $30.53 per hour ($61,500 annually).
Sign on bonus: $1,500 for candidates who hold an adjuster’s license that is active and in good standing.
Your Impact at GEICO
As an Auto Damage Customer Specialist, you’ll provide reassurance and assistance when customers need it most. Our Customer Experience team supports our customers on the front lines. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, call‑center environment, supporting customers primarily through phone interactions, as well as email, text, and chat options. You’ll oversee the auto‑damage repair process for GEICO’s customers, claimants, and partners, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions.

Understand vehicle estimating and how to navigate the repair process and equitable settlements
Oversee rental vehicle authority
Manage the fine details of a claim, like car seat replacements or additional covered policy endorsements
This is an in‑office position that requires working from our Dallas, TX office located at 2280 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75082.

What We’re Looking For
Critical thinking and decision making in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize work and multi‑task, while navigating through multiple business applications
Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Active Insurance Adjuster’s license preferred
