Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a

Glass Decal Associate

in Toledo, OH. The role involves working in a local company that produces customized decals and logos on glassware in a distribution environment, and includes all aspects of warehouse operations such as:

Carefully selecting and packing glassware from the production line into cartons and trays

Feeding glassware into heat treat machines

Constant quality inspection of glassware

Performing shift relief and maintaining open communication with co-workers

No experience is necessary. Candidates must be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday; Fridays as needed

1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Thursday; Fridays as needed

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday; Fridays as needed

2nd Shift: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday to Thursday; Fridays as needed

Duties and Responsibilities

Sort and fill tables with glassware

Pack and unpack glassware with care

Load boxes of glassware onto the conveyor belt

Perform general cleaning tasks as needed

Take on additional duties as trained in new positions

Requirements and Qualifications

Strong attendance is a must

Good hand‑eye coordination with the ability to work quickly in a production environment

Ability to work in a warm environment (due to glass treatment furnaces)
