Sunnyvale, CA / Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and publish content using CMS platforms.

Set up content, products, and media assets for e-commerce projects.

Maintain metadata, links, tags, and page properties.

Perform content QA, proofreading, and release validation.

Deploy content updates following release schedules.

Collaborate with engineering, business, and cross-functional teams.

Create documentation and track release metrics.

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Publishing, or eCommerce.

Hands‑on experience with CMS tools (AEM, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).

Experience with Catalog Management tools (SAP CRM, Salsify, FileMaker).

Knowledge of Git/SVN repositories.

Understanding of e‑commerce content operations.

Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Basic programming knowledge.

Experience supporting global e-commerce platforms.
