Production Supervisor General

Position
Bartech Staffing, part of Impellam Group, is hiring a contract Production Supervisor - General for a major client. The successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while serving our client.

Hourly Pay
$33‑34 per hour.

Responsibilities

Supervise, evaluate, and support an hourly production team to meet daily manufacturing requirements.

Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are achieved through coaching and monitoring production lines.

Organize workflow and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high performance standards.

Build strong relationships with team members, union representatives, and management.

Lead by example with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.

Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
